Receiving his Legal Nurse Consulting certificate from the renowned certification program taught by Neal Bevans, who is an attorney, former District Attorney, and respected author. Chaz has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Kent State University.
Chaz was the Department Chairperson of the Medical Programs at Fortis College and taught college courses for 8 years to include: Medical Law & Ethics, Psychology for Health Professionals, Medical Theory & Deviations, Microbiology Lab, Anatomy & Physiology, Pharmacology, and Medical Terminology. Chaz developed and taught Brown Mackie College's first chemistry program. He sat on numerous advisory boards and chaired the Medical Advisory Board.
